Family with children, really nice stay

Had an amazing breakfast with the best coffee and variety that I’ve seen. The room was huge for all of us, even with a sofa bed that was surprisingly comfy. Plus, I loved that they had free flavored water in the lobby every morning, really refreshing after a long day.

It wasn't cheap, but worth it in the end.

The room was spacious, but I heard snoring from the next door.

The spacious room provided a fantastic view overlooking the city, adding to a memorable experience. Staff were generally friendly, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere with attentive service. However, check-in was tainted by an unhelpful staff member who seemed overwhelmed and uninviting. Additionally, the pillows lacked firmness, affecting sleep quality, and the water boiler in the room had some issues. Despite these minor setbacks, everything else, including the dining options and cleanliness, was up to par.

Room with a great view, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. Air conditioning noisy and kept resetting itself.

The stay was very pleasant, highlighted by the exceptional breakfast with a diverse buffet including freshly baked pastries and organic juices. The service was top-notch. the reception staff were always available and provided efficient assistance during my stay. The location is ideal, being centrally situated with easy access to public transportation and parking.

The air conditioning could be improved as it was a bit noisy at times.

Breakfast Bliss!

We spent 4 nights here and loved the spacious room with a big TV. The breakfast spread was unreal—mimosas, fresh juices, and made-to-order eggs were our faves! The only thing was the shower didn’t have a door, so the bathroom floor got a bit wet after showers.

The location of the Steigenberger Hotel Koln is perfect for exploring the city, just a short walk from the main attractions. The breakfast was exceptional, featuring a wide variety of hot and cold options that kept me energized for my travels. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any inquiries.

Good place with comfortable beds, 24-hour reception, and a great fitness center. The staff once helped me return my forgotten earpods, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend it for a stress-free stay!

The breakfast had an incredible spread including freshly prepared omelets and a vast choice of pastries. The room featured air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. The hotel also had a fitness center that was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff really went out of their way to help us with some requests.
